Using MARK’s unique global workflow and resource management system, specifically developed to reflect clients’ operational practices, structure and process for the whole bandwidth of operations, MARK is able to efficiently manage all contracts. Such contracts can be local assignments in countries or global contracts involving multiple offices and services. The workflow system ensures the timely allocation of Technical Inspection resources, issue of assignment instructions, receipt of activity (inspection, expediting, auditing or management) reports and subsequently processing the report delivery to the client.

MARK developed its in-house workflow management system called EVOLUTION which offers an enhanced method of controlling multiple service contracts, all MARK Technical Specialist reports, itinerary scheduling, contract related documentation and specifications (which can be online accessed) giving clients real time access to job status, current activity and reporting of results by the company’s technical specialists and clients. MARK is constantly working towards the development of further innovative solutions to enhance its workflow management system, in particular to provide enhanced reporting functions and improved levels of quality.
